Totally. I gauge everything by my own personal donut meter. Is it healthier than a donut? By this logic, a piece of chocolate cake is equal to a donut and potato salad is healthier by far. It has more substance, more protein, less refined sugar and flour. And, it's not deep fried. I've often thought German potato salad would make an excellent breakfast. It has eggs, bacon and potatoes. If I opened a cafe, I would put it on the breakfast menu and call it "breakfast salad."

Totally. That way you burn it all off during the day! I often eat leftovers for breakfast, I had cheeseburger soup twice this week! :0)
